At Pavement Specialties our concrete division is experienced in every facet of commercial concrete construction & rehabilitation. We focus mostly on commercial parking lots and government projects. Below is more information on our most common concrete services.

Extruded Curbing
Extruded curbing is a curb of varying shapes placed on top of the asphalt. An epoxy is placed on the asphalt prior to placement of the concrete to improve adhesion.

Extruded curbs are used to minimize construction costs while still directing water flows and holding landscapes at bay.

Sidewalks, Curb & Gutter, Flatwork & Approaches
Our concrete applications vary from new construction to remodel additions, or just simple repairs. Our main focus in the concrete sector falls within the parameters of your commercial parking lot or government project. We specialize in smaller repairs or smaller curb and gutter projects of 1500lf or less, with sections of sidewalk to fall behind the curb areas with a variation of small approaches. We can finish out your project by offering extruded curb in the remaining areas of the parking lot. 

Saw Cutting & Joint Sealing
We offer saw cutting for asphalt and concrete removal. We have the ability to cut to depths up to 12" in concrete or asphalt pads. Pavement Specialties also has many years experience with concrete and asphalt / rehabilitation of concrete and asphalt joint sealing. We have the necessary means to apply cold or hot joint seal products.
